Installation & Setup

Our standard installation includes:

  • Professional installation by certified technicians
  • Fiber optic cable connection to your premises
  • ONT (Optical Network Terminal) device setup
  • Basic WiFi router configuration
  • Speed test verification
Equipment Options: Routers are available for purchase (Ksh. 2,500).

Installation typically takes 2-4 hours depending on:

  • Your location within the building
  • Fiber accessibility
  • Custom setup requirements

Our technician will provide a more accurate estimate during the site survey.

Open browser and go to: http://192.168.0.1

Login with: admin/admin123

Change Password

Navigate to Wireless SettingsWireless Security

Enter new password in WPA Password field

Save Changes

Click OK to apply settings

Reconnect devices using new password

Connect via WiFi or Ethernet cable to your Huawei network

Open browser and go to: http://192.168.100.1

Login with: root/admin or root/adminHW

Change Password

Go to WLANWLAN Basic Configuration

Update WPA PreSharedKey field

Apply Changes

Click Apply to save settings

Reconnect all devices

Billing & Payments

M-Pesa

  1. Go to Lipa na M-Pesa
  2. Select Pay Bill
  3. Enter Business No: 4133903
  4. Account Number: Your account number
  5. Enter Amount
  6. Complete transaction

Your billing cycle is 30 days from activation date.

Example: If activated on January 15th at 2:00 PM, next payment is due February 14th at 2:00 PM

Payment reminders are sent via SMS 3 days before due date
